Hey! If you’re reading this, it means we fell in love what you do and we would like to feature your products / works in our WordPress theme. Below we have covered some questions about how the agreement would work for both of us. If you have something that is not covered below, we are happy to chat over email.
What will we need from you?
We would need images of your products / works on high-resolution version. Generally, we’ll be able to pull most images directly from your website, blog, and social media feeds. There might few images that we would ask you to provide in higher resolution version, which we would let you know via email.
If you have some limitations of which images we shouldn’t use, please do inform us in the 2nd page of “Content Licensing Agreement” document.
How exactly the images will be used?
We’ll be using your images to furnish our theme’s demo site. Demo site is a preview website where our customers can browse around to get senses of how the theme works. Our designers would put your images in backgrounds, blog posts, product shots, and other imageries. We might slightly edit your images in terms of resizing, cropping, and adjusting colors. We won’t modify or remove the main focused elements, brands, and models that are already included on your original images.
Your images would be served only as decoration and dummy content, we don’t sell / commercialize your products / works within our demo site. We also don’t include or redistribute your images in our theme package to our customers. You retain the rights to all of your images and the permissions you grant us do not extend to our customers.
Your benefits
We believe this agreement would bring positive results for you as your products / works are being introduced to wider audiences, especially audiences who seek similar products / services like yours. We have done similar agreement on our previous themes before, for example:
- Jack & Rose — used beautiful photographs by Kayla Barker Photography.
- Primrose — used awesome product shots from Waen Glass.
They testified that they got a lot of new traffic on their website from our demo site. We are more than happy to promote something that we think is awesome, like yours!

If you agree with this arrangement, please download and sign the “Content Licensing Agreement” document from here. After that, please send the document to us via email. If you have specific Google Drive, Dropbox, or where we can get your images, please do inform us the shared link. Cheers!
